Students who are credit eligible for graduation, will receive an alert when they log on to eCampus. They will then have access to the online graduation application on CLASS which they can submit to start the graduation clearance process. All applications must be submitted prior to the conferral date.
Students who have completed degree requirements but who have not applied for graduation will not receive a diploma nor will the degree be conferred.
Students whose courses do not end by the date of graduation, need to apply for the next applicable graduation date.
When the graduation application has been filed and all academic requirements have been met, degree notation will appear on the student’s transcript as of the appropriate date.
