Obtain a copy of your academic transcript in a variety of ways.

Ways to Order Your Transcript

You can conveniently access a free-of-charge copy of your unofficial transcript through CLASS.

Simply log in to eCampus using your Adelphi username and password, select CLASS from the services list, and choose the “My Transcript” section in the menu to download your unofficial transcript.

Adelphi has partnered with Parchment to order and send your transcript securely. Visit our transcript ordering system to place an order for:

  1. an official PDF copy that can be emailed to any email address you provide.
  2. an official or unofficial paper copy that you can order online and pick up in-person the next business day. To pick up a transcript in person a photo ID MUST be presented, in the One Stop Student Services Center. Official or unofficial paper copies are not generated and released on the same day.
  3. an official or unofficial paper copy that we can mail via USPS or FedEx (Standard Overnight® delivery for an additional charge)

You will be directed to create an account on the ordering system. You will be able to return to your account to view the status of your order(s).

You can also choose to download and complete the following Transcript Request Form.  If requesting an official transcript, payment is required for processing and in-person pick-up is permitted no earlier than the following business day. To pick up a transcript in person a photo ID MUST be presented, in the One Stop Student Services Center. Official or unofficial paper copies are not generated and released the same day.

Effective August 2021, a financial balance or block will no longer prevent a student from receiving a transcript. However, students will still be responsible for any outstanding indebtedness to the University and will not be permitted to register, receive a diploma, or reserve a room in the residence halls without meeting their financial obligations.
