Application for Adelphi Graduation

All students must apply for graduation from Adelphi University.

Students who are credit eligible for graduation will receive an alert when they log on to eCampus. They will then have access to the online graduation application on CLASS which they can submit to start the graduation clearance process. All applications must be submitted prior to the conferral date.

Students who have completed degree requirements but who have not applied for graduation will not receive a diploma nor will the degree be conferred.

Students whose courses do not end by the date of graduation, need to apply for the next applicable graduation date.

When the graduation application has been filed and all academic requirements have been met, degree notation will appear on the student’s transcript as of the appropriate date.

2018 March 23, 2018

Last date to submit graduation applications for 2018 to have name appear in May commencement booklet

Students who have applied for graduation, but have been assigned Incomplete grade(s) for course work taken in the final semester, may be awarded their degrees if the Registrar’s Office receives the appropriate Change of Grade notification for the Incomplete grade(s), prior to:

  • June 30 for May graduates;
  • September 30 for August graduates;
  • January 30 for December graduates;
  • March 1 for January graduates.
